With over twenty years of residential, commercial, and mortgage real estate industry experience. Yvonne's exceptional career has afforded her the insight of thriving in numerous market cycles. Previously a partner of a boutique real estate company, and owner of a commercial brokerage, she's earned the respect of her peers and negotiated savvy investments for her clients.
Prior to Realogics Sotheby's International Realty, Yvonne specialized in residential relocation and offered white glove service to executive transfers from around the world. She and her business partner Shannon Vallentyne earned the distinction of being on an elite team of real estate brokers to the world-renowned Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. They had the pleasure of representing all facets of relocation services for several other top Northwest corporations including a handful of Seattle's most progressive top biotech companies.

Yvonne is very active in the local community including being a founder of the WSU Mens Crew Parent Booster Club, Seattle Network of Women, and volunteering for Bellevue public schools for nearly a decade. Yvonne is a true connoisseur of life who enjoys a wide range of interests. She'll say her best achievement is her 34 year marriage to her high school sweetheart and their two sons.
