Nancy’s Testimonials

Nancy knew exactly what I needed to do with my house to get it ready to sell. I followed her recommendations. We listed the house and sold it in one weekend for well above market. I would definitely recommend Nancy for her skills and expertise in the market.
— Jana P.

“Stop right now. Here is one of the finest Real Estate Brokers in the Seattle area. Nancy has taken my personal real estate transactions from 5.8M to investment properties starting at $550K. Precise is her first name, negotiator is her middle name and closer is her last name. Nancy follows a deal from precise market valuation and research, negotiates with careful but tactful talents and closes buys and sales with all her heart and soul. She is a book of knowledge on the ins and outs of deal making, the laws of real estate and the structure and benefits of staging, internet, marketing and not ever over stepping boundaries like some "hot shots". I would recommend you put Nancy on your interview list. Everyone knows real estate brokers but sometimes it may be better to broaden your choices. In this market you don't have room to worry about real estate "friends" when mistakes can be so costly. Nancy has made and saved me a boat load of money and time with her tasteful presence while dealing with both parties. As a professional staging consultant you can't lose by letting her share opinions on setting the stage for your listing. 40+ years of experience won't hurt you! Nancy has worked with folks like myself to folks like Coach Mike and Kathy Holmgren and everyone in between. Good luck with your agent search!”

-Bill B.
